The building shall be constructed mainly in concrete and steel structures. Steel structures shall be covered with plate covers on walls. The roof is planned with self-supporting steel plates that are condensed and covered. With the exception of the technical room, the building shall be non-insulated. The water and sewage installations near the building will be upgraded. The building and water and sewage service shall be completed.
