The Research Council of Norway,c/o the Department for ICT and Information Security, invites tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for the hire of consultancy services for assistance with development, operation and management for low code platforms, particularly on OutSystems and (to a smaller extent) ServiceNow for project assistance. The Research Council of Norway assesses the extent of the framework agreement that the majority of the framework agreement will deal with assistance with Outsystems.
