ement: 3 years + option 1 year Parallel framework agreements: 2 tenderers Mini competition: list price > NOK 200,000 The aim is to establish parallel framework agreements with 2 tenderers for ongoing procurements of IT equipment for approx. 65 employees and approx. 10 meeting rooms divided between locations in Oslo and Tromsø. The contracting authority aims at limiting the number of mini competitions to one (1) per annum, but there may be a need for several. Call-offs will be made if needed. Mini competitions are used as a main rule for call-offs where the total list price exceeds NOK 200,000 excluding VAT, but the Contracting Authority reserves the right to use mini-competitions for minor procurements as well.
