w the Customer to have a good overview of existing meeting room and interrogation room equipment, including facilitating the preparation of efficient ordering routines. The tenderer shall act as a consultant for the Customer in such a way that the Customer is able to make the best possible choice when entering into contract award under the two framework agreements. This includes i.a.: • Provide procurement advice by analysing your need, finding improvement options and suggesting systems and services that cover the need. • provide consultancy services for lowering risks related to safety, environment and ethical trade. • keep the Customer updated on the technology development.
