UDI) need for the operation of canteen employees at UDI and the Police Immigration Unit (PU) as well as delivery of meeting food as ordered at the National Arrival Centre. A contract shall be signed with one (1) tenderer. The contracting authority plans to award the contract without having a dialogue with the tenderers beyond making any clarifications/corrections. Dialogue through negotiations with one or more tenderers can, however, be carried out if the contracting authority, after the tenders have been received, considers this appropriate.
