The assignment will be awarded to the tenderer who gives the tender that, in total, appears most advantageous based on the submitted tenders and the contracting authority ́s needs. All costs connected to the tenderer's execution of the assignment shall be included in the tender offer, including, among other things: boat with drivers, clearing crews, equipment, fuel, insurances, administration, reporting, office management and waste management etc. The tender letter shall include a description of how the tenderer intends to solve the assignment, including HSE measures. Location of the assignment: Rogaland, Ryfylke basin in Kvitsøy, Stavanger, Randaberg, Strand municipalities, see the map in point 2.1.
