of the work on design, quality assurance, implementation and return of results from the Oslo tests, the Agency for Education wants to enter into an agreement with a professional environment who will be responsible for the subject area "reading as basic skills" from the school year 2026/2027 until the end of the school year 2028/2029 with an option for up to two years. The chosen professional environment will be responsible for designing and executing existing tests in its current form, the coming school year 2026/2027. The Following years the Agency for Education wants to further develop existing tests in cooperation with the chosen tenderer in accordance with national guidelines in the field so that the test design will benefit the Oslo School ́s need for innovation and orientation with the users of centrally given tests.
