that can cover the municipality ́s ongoing needs within transport, site related assignments and winter maintenance. The vehicle shall be used for, among other things, mass transport, handling various operational assignments and use in the winter service with snow clearing and gritting. The use will include both ordinary municipal road operations, driving on site roads and work under demanding operational conditions. Therefore there is a need for a system that is adapted to high load, varying surfaces and long term use throughout the year. Furthermore, the municipality needs a delivery that supports efficient and continual operation. This means that it is not only the vehicle itself that is central, but also that the tenderer can contribute appropriate service follow-up and assistance in the operational phase.
