by Digdir. eInnsyn has been in operation for several years and the evaluation will be a knowledge basis for further work on the service. The evaluation shall give an answer as to whether eInnsyn delivers in accordance with the targets of the service and whether it is operated in an appropriate and reliable manner. The evaluation shall also give an answer to whether the service supports the access rights in Offentleglova, whether the financing model for the service is sustainable and contributes to streamlining in the administration, and whether the service has streamlining gains for management processes connected to processing the access requirements. The evaluation is discussed in the government's action plan for the Open Government Partnership (OGP), where evaluation of eInnsyn is one of the obligations.
