and directing the Possibility Conference 2026. The possibility conference is a 5 hour long digital TV production that includes a number of different elements, among studio performances, panel discussions in studios and performances from different places in Norway, where we present examples of good work practices in Nav.The aim of the Opportunity Conference is to provide a professional in depth to the employees in how different parts of Nav go new ways to meet employers. provide work orientated follow-up and contribute to more people having a more valuable everyday life. The contract period is one year from contract signing.
