. Bygg BK2 and the parking basement are organised in two different companies in Drammen Helsepark, DHP Bygg BK2 AS and Dhp Parkering AS. Both companies will be formal Builders and contract partners for the Turnkey Contractor. Drammen Helsepark AS has carried out detailed regulation of the area south of Brakerøya train station in cooperation with Helse Sør Øst / Vestre Viken. The detailed plan was approved in September 2019 and gives Helseparken the possibility to build 76,500 m2 gross over the basement of the car park.
