urement ́s performance requirements are based on the procurement ́s requirement specifications (Annex 1). In addition the procurement requires the following: Kai shall be able to store target vessels of a stated sizeKai shall be secured Current delivery Possibility for access with lorry quay installations for both types of target vessels must be sufficiently dimensioned so that safe mooring can be achieved. The water depth at the quay must be so large that the vessels do not come into contact with the seabed under any circumstances (water level).
