SaaS is, to the greatest possible degree, that services such as networks, client and meeting room equipment, print, security management and backup are procured in the market as primarily a "service/as-a-service". the list is not necessarily exhaustive, so the idea is that the IT partner assists the municipality in fulfilling all of the municipality's needs.
