esøy municipalities had been mechanical, manual water meters, while there were few water meters installed in homes in Stavanger municipality until 2020. The remotely breeding water meters shall have a software that has radio communication for sending data from the water meters. The software shall also facilitate seamless data for calculation of the fee, as well as the receipt of data via data communication. The data shall be processed and integrated with existing systems. Stavanger municipality would like one and the same main supplier for both SSA-L and SSA-R. It is the framework agreement that regulates the overall obligations between the parties. Each delivery under the framework agreement will be regulated by a separate contract (SSA-K) for each procurement.
