with 50 cabins with associated areas, as well as outdoor work, including, among other things, driving and walking areas, moving and re-establishing the football pitch. The building is planned to be constructed in 2 floors with 2 wings. The area that binds the wings together is administrative/common areas. The building shall be designed in such a way that it is adaptable and that, over time, other uses can be adapted and they can increase or reduce the area in the horizontal direction (addition). The new buildings are approx. 1,450 m2 GFA.
