eet light installations and accompanying ground work for three commercial areas (K2, K3 and K4) with a joint area of approx. 220 daa. The work includes crossing the river Jølstra with waterworks, waste water and hire and fibre in a prefabricated concrete culvert, the establishment of a sewage pump station (KP264), as well as development of roads with associated superstructure, edging stones, railings, signs and landscape work. The municipality is implementing the competition with two contract alternatives: Alternative 1: The contract will be implemented with the establishment/laying of district heating and district cooling networks. Alternative 2: The contract will be carried out without the establishment/laying of district heating and district cooling networks. Tenderers shall submit a complete tender for both alternatives.
