phase 1), detailed engineering design (phase 2) and follow-up in the construction period (phase 3). Phases 2 and 3 of these are options, which can be triggered unilaterally by the contracting authority. The entire project ́s total procurement value, including the contracts, is estimated to approx. NOK 206 million, and approx. a non-binding estimated for this consultancy and engineering design assignment (all three phases) is estimated to be 18,000 hours. As a starting point, the contract period will be from when the contract is signed until the facility is completed and the contracts have been taken over. The consultancy and engineering design contract will be regulated by NS 8402 with adaptations and special contract terms.
