The work shall facilitate development and opportunities for increased residential areas in combination with other purposes, and facilitate great flexibility for the development of the property in accordance with the contracting authority ́s wishes and purposes as landlord. The contract has an estimated value of NOK 4,000,000 - 6,000,000. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the estimate is based on previous consumption. The contracting authority emphasises that the figures are estimates and that the actual volume may vary.
