nt Journeys HFDescriere: Patient journeys HF plans to start up a new measure "National planning and optimisation of patient journeys (NAPO)". The aim is to develop a new system for ordering, planning and optimisation of organised patient journeys. The development shall be carried out gradually and adapted as continuous product development. In the first instance a new system shall be developed for (manual) planning of patient journeys. This system can be expanded with automation and optimisation as the next step.
