er. - be internet based and delivered as a service - ensure that the statutory content is updated. - is operated and administered by an external supplier. - Be access controlled by an administrator at the Contracting Authority. The procurement includes introduction and training of the system for administrators and editors at the Contracting Authority. Currently there are nearly 30 people who are included in these groups. The contracting authority is in the process of implementing Microsoft 365 with the accompanying applications and tools. The aim is that the Customer, through the introduction of a more user-friendly work surface, shall be able to interact better, work smarter and become more efficient.
