For tanks that do not have water associated with it (utedo, incineration toilets etc.) the emptying scheme is voluntary. It is not possible to propose systems where there is a dewatering of the on-site septic. The procurement ́s value is above the EEA threshold. The volume is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The volume will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority ́s needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors in the contract period.
