A well-functioning energy follow-up system is decisive for obtaining an overview and control of energy use, optimising operation and uncovering deviations, comparing status and development, as well as for exercising good energy management in the form of economic and environmental operations. Likewise, it is decisive to effectively report energy use to management at different levels in the organisation or to political leadership. Equivalently, it is desirable that EOS shall contribute to an overview of the use of water on the property, waste and any manual reporting of passenger transport.
