In order to meet these challenges, the project New System for User Enquiries was established with the aim of acquiring and introducing a modern ESM platform (Enterprise Service Management), in which a new system for user enquiries is established as the first system on the platform. An ESM platform will not only replace Footprints, but at the same time give the Norwegian Parliament a common technological foundation for several types of work processes in the long term.
