The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Directorate has over time carried out a major alteration of the development, operation and management of ICT systems and the work is now organised in multi-disciplinary product teams. The Directorate was reorganised 1 May 2025 to substantiate this alteration. The way that the systematic work with internal control is organised must be adapted to such an organisation and way of working. The review shall first and foremost look at systematic internal control for the targets: • compliance with laws and regulations. • reliable economic and other reporting. The review shall have particular focus on: • organisation, roles and responsibility. • established systems, routines and internal communication. • Ongoing monitoring and evaluation.
