Tenderers shall minimise the risk of damage and handle challenges such as difficult available areas, secured/armoured glass and the need for special equipment such as lifts or drones. The framework agreement shall be flexible with changes in the property portfolio and ensure efficient ordering and execution. Tenderers must have the necessary competence, capacity and quality systems and fulfil the relevant HSE and environmental requirements.
