e established a joint ICT operations company, IKT Nordhordland municipal co-operation (IKTNH). IKTNH has entered into operational cooperation with Etne, Tysnes and Vindafjord. These municipalities have partnered with IKTNH in this tender competition. The systems shall be operated cost efficiently for all parts of each municipality. The aim is a future orientated system prepared for new services, it shall be in development and the municipalities shall be offered new technologies as and when they become available and interesting. The offered systems shall be available after the simplest possible price model that does not limit development and with the greatest possible integration between different services and technologies.
