Textul licitației
ontract shall cover the need for both ongoing and planned construction work, execution of projects on department and section level, maintenance assignments, daily operations and new installations. The contract includes the following disciplines: Electrician work, plumbing work, construction work and masonry work. A contract shall be signed with one tenderer per discipline (sub-contract). The contracting authority can demand co-operation between the contract parties across disciplines in the execution of the contract. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to competitive tender major contract assignments after an assessment of the project ́s total extent and complexity. This will typically be assignments where the contract work ought to, or shall, be regulated in accordance with relevant NS standards, including NS 8405, NS 8406 or NS 8407.
