ensure a sufficient knowledge basis to be able to assess whether the SFY scheme should be made permanent, how many centres it is appropriate to have and whether different ways of adapting the measures have different effects. The follow-up evaluation shall thus ensure the best possible decision basis for the assessment on whether the SFY scheme shall be continued and what extent and form it possibly shall have.
