racteristici ale procedurii: NAV Vestland shall procure the Follow-up for blind and partially sighted persons who need a more comprehensive clarification assistance than the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration can offer. Follow-up shall provide assistance with the intention that participants get and/or containers, paid work. The aim is that the participants in the initiative shall as far as possible be self-supported with a stable connection to working life. Follow-up can include career guidance, assistance with target orientated job searching and job development, guidance and advice for work participation, both for participants and employers, training in work related and social skills, as well as follow-up and facilitation at work in order to facilitate transitions to work and ensure working ability.
