2.1. ProcedurăTitlu: Fragment analyser for the Clinic for laboratory medicine at Oslo University Hospital in Life Sciences Building.Descriere: The contracting authority shall procure one fragment analyser for use in long-read sequencing. The equipment shall support automatic electroforese of DNA for analysis of fragment length, concentration and integrity. The system shall be used for quality control of DNA in a NGS process (Next Generation Sequencing). In addition two fragment analysers shall be procured for use in short-read sequencing. These shall support automatic electroforese of DNA and RNA, including genomic DNA, for analysis of fragment length, concentration and integrity. The systems shall be used for quality control of DNA and RNA in NGS processes.The fragment analysers will be procured on behalf of the Department for Medical Genetics
