procedurii: The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement with up to one tenderer who shall cover the Norwegian Defence ́s need for seamanship equipment/thanksgiel described in Part II, annex B "Requirement Specification". The equipment will mainly be procured for the Navy's vessels. Note that the list of equipment specified in Part II, Annex D is not exhaustive, but is only an extract of the most used equipment in the Navy. Articles that naturally come under the framework agreement ́s scope of work shall, if needed, be included in the contract extent if the contracting authority so desires. The same applies to replacement products and other products that naturally belong with what the contract covers. See the tender documents for further information on the procurement.2.1.1.
