Dalane Energi AS is holding the competition on behalf of Enida AS and Dalane Kraft AS. The aim is to enter into identical framework agreements with both companies. Enida AS is subject to the public procurement regulations, including the supply regulations, while Dalane Kraft AS is not subject to equivalent regulations. Tenders will be evaluated together, but separate contracts will be signed with each of the companies.
