ipality shall enter into a framework agreement for the delivery, installation and maintenance of bollards for area protection. The contract will include different types of bollards (fixed, semi-automatic, automatic and movable bollards), necessary control and control systems, as well as services such as service, repairs and advice as needed. The necessary excavation works in connection with the construction of bollards will be carried out by Stavanger municipality.
