Communication assistance is the framework agreement's main service and is expected to represent most of the activities included in the contract. As a part of the communication work, the Contracting Authority uses its own websites and digital systems as central communication areas. In order for the communication assistance to be delivered efficiently and predictable, it is necessary that these systems are stable, secure and available over time. The procurement therefore also includes hosting of the Contracting Authority's websites and technical systems (portfolio).
