Statens naturoppsyn's (SNO) more than 60 local offices. The contract shall mainly be used by the department of Waste, Chemicals and Supervision, and it can also be used by other sections and departments in the Norwegian Environment Agency as needed for consultancy services within circular economy and waste. The Norwegian Environment Agency hereby invites tenderers to a competition for a framework agreement for consultancy services within circular economy and waste.
