uropean roads have two thirds of all road traffic in Norway. The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement for consultancy services within strategy. The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for consultancy services within strategic consulting, strategy development, strategy implementation and strategy realisation.
