We would like to enter into a contract with one (1) tenderer The authority and regulations (MoR) are the Directorate of Public Roads ́s trade and authority bodies. The unit is responsible for developing rules, undertaking control and technical approval, giving professional advice to the road director and safeguarding appeals in accordance with the Public Roads Administration Act for decisions made in the divisions in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration. The authority and regulations have the authority role for all road authorities. The implementation of the strategy and the accompanying assignments requires access to the correct competence and capacity, particularly within: • Strategic consultancy and management. • Legal work and rules design. •
