al teams. NVE has a separate ICT department that provides services in system development etc. to NVE ́s various specialist departments and specialised sections. In cooperation with a specialist department/trade section, our delivery teams are staffed with a combination of our own employees and consultants. Division of roles between the tenderer and the NVE employees will be determined in particular on the scope/nature and duration of the assignment. The contract can also include assignments where the Tenderer has the executive part, whilst NVE is responsible for managing the project. NVE will enter into a framework agreement with up to 3 tenderers who shall each cover all contract areas (also other areas may be relevant).  The contract areas are described in more detail in the requirement specification.
