The aim of the procurement is to ensure a uniform and easy way to hire vehicles for the needs of the Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration for all types of transport assignments with passenger cars and goods vans. It is desired that both passenger transport and transport of goods, including assistive aids equipment, get a good system. The contract shall facilitate flexible economic solutions as a result of changes in user patterns and service scope.
