curements. In addition the contract shall ensure SPK access to legal assistance within public procurements as needed. In periods there can be more general procurement assistance connected to related services. For example, in periods with a need for specific procurement related competence. The contract includes the following service areas: Operative procurement assistance, Legal assistance, other procurement related services, Total financial scope for the entire framework agreement period of four years, is estimated to be between NOK 3 million and NOK 6 million.
