The framework agreement includes and accompanying materials for the execution of the mentioned services. The contract shall ensure efficient and predictable delivery of both maintenance and renovation assignments for smaller to medium sized projects of varying complexity and extent. The contract will apply for all municipal buildings and residences at the contracting authority's disposal. The contracting authority currently owns approx. 87,380 m² purpose-built buildings and 236 residences and rents app
