n Facility, Akershus Castle and conference premises etc. in connection with large events and events. The hire of equipment such as vases and urns, etc., is included in deliveries as needed. The framework agreements shall be valid for 2 years from when they are signed. The contracting authority has the right to extend the framework agreement for a further one year at a time, up to 2 times (2+1+1). The financial extent of the framework agreement is estimated to be a maximum of NOK 4,500,000 excluding VAT for the entire contract period of a total of four years (including the option). The contracting authority is not obliged to purchase the framework agreement and it is not exclusive.
