p;Kristiansand municipality intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with up to six tenderers. If framework agreements are signed with more than one tenderer, they will be ranked in accordance with the award criteria. Requests for provision of medical services will first be addressed to the highest ranked tenderer. Tenderers are given 48 hours to confirm/commit to the delivery of the requested doctors' vicar(s). A shorter deadline than 48 hours can also be given if necessary, according to the Contracting Authority's assessment. If the highest ranked tenderer does not have the option to provide the requested medical services, or does not respond within 48 hours (or another stated deadline), requests are to be sent to the second highest ranked tenderer, etc. The contracting authority expects temporary staff agencies to have active contracts with doctors and can guarantee the doc
