as assignments with several tradesmen in inhabited housing. There will, therefore, be works in both inhabited and empty flats under the framework agreements. The assignments will also include work in common areas, both internally and externally. The framework agreements shall be used by the entire Municipal Undertaking for Social Housing. The procurement is divided into two sub-contracts: · Sub-contract 1: Maintenance and renovation assignments, mainly in individual flats. · Sub-contract 2: Major maintenance and renovation assignments. The contracting authority intends to enter into a contract with 8-12 tenderers per sub-contract, provided that there are a sufficient number of suitable tender offers.
