of the current properties is in Annex 1B. The specialist areas that experience most used in the service are mainly janitor services, and secondly plumbing and electrical work, cleaning and construction services. Other relevant services can also be relevant, tenderers can then be asked to collect this as sub-suppliers. Further requirements for competence of personnel who shall carry out work on the contract are stated in Annex 1. Tenderers must be able to provide all of these services, if necessary, by using sub-suppliers. The assignments that shall be carried out mainly consist of preparing, maintenance and follow-up of properties for rent, as well as maintenance, securing and inspecting properties that are empty.
