The procurement follows a joint procurement procedure between Vy Norden AB, org. nr. 559363-0113 (Sweden) and Vygruppen AS, 984661177 (Norway) in accordance with FYF § 25-2(2). The Vygruppen AS and Vy Norden AB have agreed that both Parties can be contracting entity for the purposes of the Agreement both or alone, while Vygruppen AS is responsible for the implementation of the procurement in accordance with Norwegian procurement law and the Agreement shall be governed by Norwegian law.
