The shared housing facility shall contain 6 residential units and a service base, as well as joint provision for employees who can be used for providing services if the resident is a child. The development will be a combination of new buildings and alterations to the existing school building. The project was initiated in January 2025 with Byggmester Markhus AS as TE. Unfortunately Markhus announced a tender in January 2026. Most of the demolition and ground work has been completed, and the new extension is almost close. New TE shall complete the work in the project.2.1
