In a separate wing of the building, new premises shall be established for heimdal library on the 1st and 2nd floors and zone office for a new home service on the 3rd floor. The building has two sub-floors. In U1 there are operational areas and parking basements for the home service ́s vehicles. There is a public car park in U2 with approx. 70 places. The contract includes the establishment of an inner courtyard/sensory garden, a roof garden on the second floor, a library park and green areas outside the building.
