Based on a reindeer herding assessment from NIBIO, the Government is now considering the area Håmmålsfjellet-Sålekinna in Os, Tolga and Engerdal municipalities in Innlandet county as winter pastures. The Ministry of Agriculture and Food now intends to have an impact assessment of how the use of the area will affect other interests and actors in the area. The final delivery deadline for the contract is 1 July 2026. The examiner and contracting authority must have a dialogue on when sub-contract 1 shall be fulfilled. The estimated value of the procurement is up to NOK 4,000,000 excluding VAT.
