The delivery will include collection of letters and packages from the post centre to Arkivenes hus and collection of mail at the municipality ́s premises by the end of the working day. Franking services shall also be offered. The contracting authority can, during summer months, need to hire temporary staff for internal post. The competition is reserved for entities or programmes that mainly aim to integrate disabled or disadvantaged in working life. This only applies when at least 30 percent of the employees in the company or the programme have a disabili
